Jeremy Freeland
Jeremy Freeland’s practice focuses on early, mid-stage and mature information technology companies. His practice emphasizes the commercial exploitation of information technology, with a particular focus on licensing, strategic alliances and the provision of complex technology services. He has practiced since 1988, initially in London then, having re-qualified in Washington, in Seattle.
Before founding his own practice, he was VP General Counsel at Aventail Corporation (acquired by SonicWALL in 2007), and sole in-house counsel at Primus Knowledge Solutions (IPO 1999, acquired by ATG in 2004). Prior to his in-house practice, he was an associate at Cairncross & Hempelmann in Seattle, and at Ashurst in London.
